Over twenty years of teaching elementary, specializing in math and science. A public school teacher turned home-schooler with specialty training in math and science. Drawn to these subjects because they're concrete and they make sense — a clear way to understand the world better.

Experienced homeschooler of 13 years bringing patience, care, and fun to students. Rebekah has taught in co-ops for over five years teaching several grade levels.

I bring over 23 years of experience in education within the United States. While I have taught across all grade levels, the majority of my career has been dedicated to high school education. I teach English/Language Arts, Leadership, and college English 101 at the high school level. I am deeply committed to meeting students where they are and empowering them to surpass their perceived limitations. I maintain high expectations for all my students and provide consistent guidance and support to help them achieve—and often exceed—their own goals.

I am a certified bilingual educator K-12. I spent time in Ecuador helping and translating in the Charity Anywhere program offering medical, dental, building, and orphanage supplies and services. While continuing my education in college, I was able to spend a summer semester abroad in Mexico. I stayed with a family that didn't speak any English. I continue to use Spanish with pen pals and friends.

I have assisted my mother, Janiece Frey, over the multiple years of teaching classes. I have taught small groups, assisted in planning, and have helped my mom with preperation. I enjoy sharing my love of theatrical art, as well as medium art, with kids who are eager to learn. I taught myself calligraphy and can self-teach songs on the piano. I assist in all areas of BrainHive Learning, and I look forward to working with your kids!

I have experience helping teach in kids martial arts classes and have been helping at BrainHive since the beginning. I like to play baseball, explore with music, and play video games. It's fun to teach children because they have great imaginations.
